We are equipped with flowlines for book block preparation ( with online pre-nipping, endsheet pasting, backlining, drying, nipping and 3 knife
cutting ), casemaking and casing-in ( with online ribbon insertion, rounding & backing, head & tail band pasting, labeling, barcoding and stacking )
enabling consistently high quality spread over large volumes. We further have a complete facility for foiling, embossing / debossing,
cloth cutting, index cutting / tabbing, corner fixing, gold / silver guilting, sewn covers, quarter bound / PU / PP covers etc.

We also produce diaries using our own inner date designs to make 'Page A Day', '2 dates to a page' and 'Week To View' diaries in A4, A5, A6, A7, B5,
quarto and management size for which we stock a variety of covering materials in PVC, PU, PP, Leatherite etc. |
